Dot.Moore is a Memphis-born singer, songwriter, and producer whose music bridges soulful melodies with raw, heartfelt storytelling. Deeply influenced by the rich musical legacy of her hometown, she has carved out a distinct voice that resonates with authenticity and emotional depth.
Over a decade ago, Dot.Moore moved to California, where her career flourished as a sought-after background vocalist. She toured the world alongside iconic artists including Ciara, Jennifer Lopez, Ella Mai, Jessie J, Chrisette Michele, Monica, Tinashe, and many more—sharpening her artistry on some of the world’s biggest stages.
Her talent also extends to the screen. She earned credits in the feature film Queen Rising (a 2024 nationwide box office success) and the Lifetime thriller You May Now Kill The Bride, available on streaming platforms. In summer 2024, Dot.Moore released her debut album Crying In Public—a deeply personal body of work she wrote and largely produced herself. The album reflects on the stages of grief after the loss of her mother, with tracks like “Cheers,” exploring the struggles of alcohol in mourning, and “That’s Crazy,” capturing the emptiness of hollow condolences. It stands as a cathartic, relatable offering for anyone who has endured profound loss.
Now back in Memphis, Dot.Moore is reconnecting with her roots while inspiring the next generation of artists through her story and experiences. With her artistry grounded in vulnerability and resilience, she continues to forge new collaborations and craft music that speaks directly to the heart.
